Common Questions
How much does it cost to rent an LED wall in Vancouver?
Most events land between $2,000 and $8,000 depending on the size of the wall, how long you need it, and the venue. That price includes delivery, setup, an on-site technician for the duration of your event, and takedown. Text us your date and venue and we will send a firm number back, usually within a few minutes.
How far in advance should I book?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most events. That said, we hold inventory for exactly this reason and regularly turn around bookings with a few days notice. If your date is close, text us anyway: we will tell you straight away whether we can cover it.
What size LED wall do I need?
It depends on your room and your audience. As a rule of thumb, the back row should sit no further than about 10 times the screen height away. Send us a photo of your space and a rough guest count and we will recommend a size and show you a mockup before you commit.
Can you set up outdoors?
Yes. Our outdoor panels are weather-rated and bright enough to stay readable in daylight, and we ground-support or ballast them so they stand safely without rigging points. We will talk through wind loading and power with you when we scope the job.
Do you provide someone to run the screen during the event?
Always. A technician stays with the wall from doors to the end of your run of show. You are never left to troubleshoot a screen in front of your guests.
What content can I play on it?
Anything you can put on a laptop: slides, video, a live camera feed, social walls, sponsor loops, a live score. We accept HDMI, SDI and NDI, and we will do a content check with you before doors so nothing surprises you.
How long does setup take?
A typical indoor wall takes two to three hours to build and about an hour to strike. We schedule around your venue access window, including overnight or early-morning loads when that is what the room allows.
Which areas do you serve?
Vancouver and the whole Lower Mainland: Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, the North Shore, Coquitlam, New Westminster, Langley and Delta, plus Abbotsford and Whistler. Further afield is usually still possible; just ask.
